The UF Large Animal Hospital and UF IFAS Solutions have compiled a list of links to photos and information about potentially toxic pasture plants. Be watchful of these plants and make sure your horse, cattle, goats, poultry, rabbits and dogs do not have access to them.

Goats

Poultry

Rabbits

Farm Dogs

What to do if you suspect your animal has ingested any of these plants

In some cases, bloodwork may show signs of toxicity before the horse has shown any clinical signs. If you are concerned that your animal may have been exposed, contact your veterinarian or the UF Large Animal Hospital.
